Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 06:00.
• Please close the entrance doors quietly during this time.

Parking

• Free, unguarded parking is available.
• The property is not responsible for vehicles or belongings left inside them.

Meals

• Breakfast: served 8:00 – 11:00.
• Other meals by arrangement.
• It is forbidden to take food out of the dining room or eat meals in the rooms.
• A kitchenette is available for preparing small meals.

Rooms, Cleanliness & Privacy

• Once you receive your room key, you are the host of that room — please respect other guests’ comfort.
• The owners may refuse further service to anyone who disturbs others.
• Visitors are allowed only with prior notice at reception and until 22:00.

Fire Safety

• No smoking inside (including rooms) — smoking only on designated balconies.
• The building has smoke detectors and 24/7 monitoring. False alarms will incur extra charges.
• Do not use irons, heaters, or similar appliances in rooms (only in designated areas).
• When leaving, turn off the TV, lights, taps, and lock the door.

Children’s Safety

• Children under 12 must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times, including in the playroom.

Guest Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or equipment.
• On departure, the room should be left in the same condition as at check-in, with all equipment intact.
• Lost keys incur a 50 PLN fee.
• Please report any damage to reception immediately.

Lost & Found

• Forgotten personal items will be sent to the guest’s address at their expense.
• Items are stored for 3 months, after which they become property of the guesthouse.
• Food items are stored for 24 hours only.
